We collect and process your personal information strictly for authentication (login) and legitimate business purposes related to the delivery of your AI automation solutions. We strictly do not disclose any personal data to the public or other clients. We will request formal permission when personal data is needed for purposes not specified here.

Project Confidentiality

We understand how important it is to keep our collaboration private. For each project, a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with legal binding contract to ensure upmost privacy. We do not disclose information such as:

  • Any discussion regarding a potential project

  • Proposal & Solution

  • Architecture of the solution

  • API Key & Authentication Credentials from Client

  • UI/UX design

  • Information about our client

  • Any transaction detail such as Receipt or Invoice

  • More detail will be provided in the NDA contract

For Risk Free Program, we may showcase our work as a case study on our website, the information include:

  • UI/UX Design

  • N8N Diagram

  • Functional Description

  • ROI or Efficiency

  • Review & Basic information from Client

Project Ownership

Our client have total intellectual right to the AI workflow (namely N8N), Automation Code, UI/UX interface, self-hosted server, and any provided material. Do note that developer side server is lease through maintenance fee. A handover procedure can be arranged for transitioning from developer server to self-host client sided server. More detail will be written in contract at Project Ownership Section.
